Our minimum order for embroidery is 20 garments. This helps keep production efficient and cost-effective for everyone.
We require vector files (such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF) or high-quality PNG files at 300 DPI at actual print size. This ensures the best possible print clarity and detail. If your artwork isn’t print-ready, our design team can assist with adjustments.
Yes — you're welcome to supply your own garments. A handling fee of $2.00 per garment applies for orders under 50 units, and $1.00 per garment for orders over 50 units. This covers the time needed for inspection, preparation, and quality control of non-supplied stock.
Embroidery works best on medium to heavy fabrics like cotton, polyester, and fleece. Lighter or stretch fabrics can sometimes distort, so we’ll help you choose the right garment during consultation.
Our standard turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from artwork approval. Let us know if you have a specific deadline and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Yes, we have a wide range of thread colours available. If you have a Pantone (PMS) code or colour reference, we’ll match it as closely as possible.
